How to use Sim100s gprs modem?

I have Sim100s gprs modem. I am using sim from Telenor which require setting proxy server. How can i set it up?

I have tried following commands from a privious thread but i got error from step 4. So i figure it is due to proxy server.

Step 1:AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","<apn>"
<apn> - This is the apn given by your service provider
Step 2:AT+CSTT = "<apn>","<username>","<passwd>"
Step 3:AT+CIICR
Step 4:AT+CISFR
error

Step 5:AT+CIPSTART="TCP","<IP address of your server>","port No"
Step 6: AT+CIPSEND=<data to send> CNTRLZ
 

CMIIW i think your step is incorrect
step 4 isn't supposed to be executed until you have initiated a GPRS connection (AT+CIPSTART).
 

Step 4 is AT+CIFSR, not AT+CISFR, you should obtain an IP in reply to this command. As far as I know, this command shoud be executed before CIPSTART.
