Hello,

i am usign THS4503 fully differential OPAMP in my design. I am using it in single supply mode. +Vs= 5V and -Vs=GND and Common Mode Voltage Vocm = 2.5V.

Now how to decide input voltage and output voltage swing? How to take care so that my output will not clip. OPAMP designed with unity gain.

I am confused with parameter,
1. Common-mode input range = 1.6/3.4
2. Differential output voltage swing = +/-2.6

Thanks in advance.

It's clear for "1. Common-mode input range = 1.6/3.4"
"2. Differential output voltage swing = +/-2.6" - there are differential output and Vdiff=Vp-Vn. E.g. if common mode output voltage Vcm=2.5V Vp=3.8 Vn=1.2 => Vdiff=2.6V, and if Vcm=2.5V Vp=1.2 Vn=3.8 => Vdiff=-2.6V. It's easy.

Common-mode input range = 1.6/3.4 means that when you input CM
changes from 1.6V to 3.4V, no xtor leaves saturation region.
