writing drivers for matlab real time windows target help

real time windows target

For my bsc final year project i need to develop neural network controler using matlab.
My hardware is build around analog device ad and da converter and pic16f877 micro.
But I can't interface pic with matlab real time task. Now I'm trying to develop my own driver. I have experience in writing drivers and windows kernel mode programming. If someone have documents about required functions prototypes for complete driver please share. I think these 12 functions are needed:

Disable
DriverIO
Enable
GetDefaultParameters
GetFileRevision
GetGUIControls
GetInterfaceVersion
GetIOCaps
GetIOSizes
GetRing3Helper
Header
Inquiry
