mosfet current sink

Hi - I'm in troble - i have to design a current sink which should load a resistor with a resistance of 0,1R.
the resistor is connected to gnd.

The current sink should be variable from 0A to 6A.

I try to design a circuit but if i test this in Pspice i get the result that this chircuit will swing.
As Variable Resistance i used a p-depletion mosfet.

in series to my unknown R_load which could be only 0,1R i have a shunt resistor.
The voltage is amplified and used as feedback for a other differential amplifier which give the difference from my controllvoltage and the feedbacksignal to the basis of a transistor which change the gate voltage level of a irf9540.
the schematic works - but in a region it oscillate.

every comment could be helpful.

Many thanks forward.

current sink schematic

From the description of your circuit, with a P-channel MOSFET connected to +supply and the 0.1Ω resistor connected to -supply (GND), it looks like you want to source current, not to sink it ..
Could you post the schematic diagram of your circuit?

voltage controlled current sink

@IanP
source current - sorry for my wrong desscription - im a beginner in analog design and not so good

this is the schematic - i modified a little bit since i write there.

What happend if R_load has a inductive part - and what should i do to that this circuit is stable?
What happend if the temperature changed?

At this time i'm open for all ideas - the circuit can also be completly other.
For me is important that the circuit work stable.

many thanks forward
