my project requires to design a ADC and DAC........

WHAT IS THE BEST COMPARATOR I HAVE TO GO FOR TO MEET BASIC REQUIREMENTS.........

It depends on what architectures you chose (pipeline, full-flash, subrange,SAR,etc.), you must specify the one.

You can use number schemes of auto zeroing latch comparators. Main requirements is power, resolution and speed.

you first look for latched comparator which is two inverters connected together in positive feed back loop find any papers about it
