inductor less swithing regulator

i need some paper/docs/pdf on inductor less switching regulators.
my spec are - i/p 1/6v- 6.5v
regulated o/p 1.5v
i want the regulator inductorless.
plz send any material which can help me.

frankly, i do not even know what is inductor less switching regulators
and the SPEIFICATIONS for it ;
who can tell me sth about it thank you!

It may be hard to find something that works down to that level. I am not aware of one down to 1.6V.

inductorless is charge_pump design
look your PDF file use 2 cap ..

another interesting is 1 inductor have many output
Ti have this pattern "single inductor multi output "

for charge pump , fast clock is small outside Cap
and you must use 2 section , 1 is buck (Vo < vin)
2 is boost ( Vo > vin)

use charge pump can provide 10~ 50ma drive
