land pattern of AD1580??

anybody noe where can find land pattern for AD1580 not the outline dimension or hw much should i increase the pad for surface-mount??i'm doing an 8-layer surface-mount hardware which is the SOT-23(reflow or wafe) for AD1580???
Is all the SOT-23 land pattern the same for different manufacturer??
 

Download data sheet & refer the mechanical dmension specified. Check if you have that package in your library. If not available, create a new one.
 

if the land pattern is not given
u can add 10 mils + dimensions given in the datasheet for surface mount pads

Neena, You can't have such thumb rule, you run in serious manufacturing issues if you follow this for fine pitch component.
For prototpe boards & package like SO/SOJ...you have margine of adding 10 mil.
 

Search for the IPC-SM 782A footprint standard & you cannot go far wrong for this.

Or the newer std from the IPC website, it has a downloadable viewer to help you.
