I wanna implement an audio pre-opamp (20kHz signal BW) which has resistive feedback, driving a 6MHz Switch-capacitor loading. To make it's output settling fast enough, the opamp seems have to reach a near 100MHz GBW. Since it's time-continuous working and has resistive feedback, usually it was implemented as a two stage architecture. However, it seems to me quite difficult to push the first nondominant pole( or poles pair) beyond the GBW without consuming too much power (i.e. <600uA at 3V supply). This turns out the poor THD performance at 6MHz output sampling.
I would like to ask for help about this problem. Is there any appropriate opamp architecture other than the conventional two stage opamp could achieve this performance reuirement ( sampling rate, low output resistance & not too much power)? Thanks very much!!
