I need Help for fully differential OPAMP

Hello,

i am using ADC ADS1602. For this differential input needs to be generated using THS4503 OPAMP. Can anyone help me to design this OPAMP circuitry with single supply? I dont ve negative supply on board. I want to make fully differential OPAMP to work in single ended mode.
