10ghz opamp

Dear all,

I need a 10GHz of unity-gain frequency of fully-differential opamp.

My request of gain is not high, but need to 26dB above at 1.2GHz.

I use TSMC 0.18um process and vdd is 1.8v.

Plz give me some suggestion!!!!!!

Thanks so much!!!!!!

10ghz op amp

Nobody designed it before?

oh that is the high speed man and really no body has designed yet

why you need that opamp with such spec?

if no high gain, it means that it should have very high bandwidth?

i think it is very hard to design such a opamp with 0.18 tech.

regards!

i think what u need is not a opamp.
u need a broasband amp.
