5x7 Dot-Matrix display not stable

Hi,

I doing some testing.. Why my 5x7 DotMatrix display not very stable? But still can see the display. I am using AT89C52.

Is it any problem on my design?

Sorry my drawing connected wrong. I correct it already!
 

Maybe you should connect pin 7 of U14 and U15 to GND and pin 14 to VCC?
