farrow filter

I want to resample an audio file from 44.1khz to 48kHz , and I will use a fractional delay filter , who can tell me how to design a fractional delay filter of farrow structure , an example will be a great help.

farrow structure

I have been working some time with a Farrow structure.
I am attaching you 2 pdf files, this are the parts of a book "Special discrete-time filters and applications" by Prof. Ewa Hermanowicz, published by EXIT, 2005. In chapter4pt2 you can find a formula for the approximation of the coefficient of maximally flat fractional delay filters (easiest solution if you are starting, closed form equations), and in chapter4pt6pocz there is the introduction of Farrow structure and some design examples :)
enjoy, if you have any questions regarding that, let me know

Re: farrow structure

is fractional delay meaning varible filter?
