i mean how to calculate MOSFET circuit (h-bridge) i want to control motor.
i want to equation concerned with MOSFET.
Pleace advice me.
thank u

Well I don't know what you eactly mean, you need a circuit including an h-bridge to control a motor? or you want to make the h-bridge yourself using mosfets?

There are many chips already made and include h-bridges. you can use one ready made and just interface it to your controller or so.

Clear out your question and I'll work on helping you.
