What about Serial port PIC Programmar , I have built one and worked great ?
you can also build it on britboard and it will work . . .

Do u want the Circuit ?

usb based programmer for pic details+circuit

no thx, i already have a parallel and serial programmer. Now i need to build a usb programmer cause nowadays laptops do not have parallel and serial port.......if u hv do let me know, the schematic, as well as the firmware. thankx

HI there...

There is a PIC programmer called PICKIT2 V1.20.
This programmer is USB based and it is made available free from MIcrochip.
They have everything on there site including User Guide, Schematic files, programming software and Hex files...

This programmer is based on PIC18F2550 microcontroller.
