fake currency detection in image processing(matlab)

fake currency detection using matlab

hi frnds,
i am doing project in image processing and my work is to find fake currency. presently i segmented the currency image (indian currency). now my work is to find the perfect algorithm for the feature.

1) Optical variable ink( when we tilt the currency,it will cahnge the color into blue from green). for this i can use some color algo.
2) but my problem is how to detect the raised(intaglio) printings???.

can any one help me in this regard?

could u pls help me in getting the full process and also the source codes for the fake currency detector in matlab i am very much interested in knowing this .


i am a final year student of ECE i am doing my project
and i want some help in extracting the numbers like (50,100,200,,,,etc)from currency and get those denominations counts and store those readings in a .txt file could u help me with this as soon as possible



can anyone help me out as soon as possible plsssss,,,,

Hey,I am M.E student.I am completely unaware of image processing.I want to do the dissertation on fake currency detection.this topic semms to be interestin and also real time applicable.....please provide me all the materials and relevant guidelines regarding this topic[/b]
