I want to build PIC Microcontroller for following PIC

PIC16Fxx
PIC18Fxx
16pin,28pin and 40pin

And I want to know write assembly language editor software.

MPLAB is the best. It is an EDITOR, ASSEMBLER, SIMULATOR (debugger).
