Spiral Inductor Quality factor in cadence

can any one tell me if i have an inductor from the design kit how can i measure its quality factor using cadence

but i m asking about how can i draw the curve of the quality factor versus the frequency
 

If you have s-parameters of that spiral, it's quite easy.
Put it in cadence schematic and do a s-parameter simulation and then obtain z or y parameters.

Q Factor= real part(Z1) /imaginary part(Z1)

Z1: Seen input impedance when one port is short circuited.
 

You may have to consider the Y parameters of the spiral inductor and hope you are already given with S parameters
