Hi:
Semiconductor Device Fundamentals [Hardcover] by Pierret, Robert F. should be a nice book to read through.

some of the followings could be help ful:

Device Physics and Modeling Level:
1. S. M. Zee
2. Neaman (available in this EDABoard)
3.Montgomery

Circuit and Design Level:
1. Gray-Meyer (AVailable in this board)
2. CRC Press: Practices and Pitfalls : BiCMOS Design (available in this board)

sankudey

1>semi conductor devices and physics by NEAMAN
2>semiconductor physics byS.M.SZE
