Problem with ASSURA RCX - Virtuoso Layout

Hi,
For my design,
The DRC and LVS for the circuit is clean.
Now, when Assura RCX is run, the tool gives Assura RCX run failed. It says

Seems to be XL

are you sure you have the correct license and all licenses are up and running?

it seems to be functioning but only the av-extracted is not generated as you explained above.
How did you handled that? was it a license problem?
