any1 hv any idea 2 solve soft switching problem??

when i test the gate input & the emitter output of Sm, there is no soft switching btwn the gate and the emitter shown in the oscilloscope.......the graph i get for emitter is a oscillating sine wave above 0 level.

is it coz of my auxiliary circuit not working (my gate input and the emitter of Sa, is turn on & off in phase)???

any1 got the experience b4 to solve soft switching problem?? plz help me......thx a lots!!
