Help: Could not start synopsys online help server.

Hi all,
When I use online help by "man M385" in TetraMax, it reported "Could not start synopsys online help server". Could anyone tell me the reasons? Do the settings in .cshrc need to be modified? Thanks a lot.

Severity: Error

Description
TetraMAX generates this message when a design is using Shared ScanIn. The scan_in pin name is shared among scan groups.
ScanStructures {
ScanChain c1 { ScanIn "si1"; ScanOut "so1"; }
ScanChain c2 { ScanIn "si1"; ScanOut "so2"; }
ScanChain c3 { ScanIn "si1"; ScanOut "so3"; }


}
What Next
The STIL and WGL formats are the only formats supported for Shared ScanIn.

Make sure that "doc/test/tmax_olh/man_m385.htm" is available in ur setup area
