MICRO kernel RTOS

Hi all,
i am serching the micro kernel OS so that i can build the usb support in it and boot it from my nand flash can anybody tell about the following details:-

Which Micro kernel OS to use?
which boot loader utility will b helpful?
the utility thru which i can download my image into nand(usb stick) via serial or ethernet port .
