help filter spike suppression 1us for SCL and SDA IIC

I need some ideas , some schematics, for to realise a filter spike suppression 1us for I2C protocol.
I don`t need RC filter because I loosing more space for layout. Morover, I made some schematics where I
loaded a capacitor with constant curent. That schematic was good to obtain a positive puls forever when apeared anything transition for SCL(SDA) but, it was loosing finall SCL(SDA) level.
I`m looking forward to anything suggestion.
