Is anyone refering to the book "Introduction to Analog and Digital Communicatios" by Simon Haykin. ?
I have a query regarding a question in this book?.

Yes, am using it as a textbook for the course on Analog Communications. What sort of query?

could you please look at pg 248, excercise 7, a question on M-ary PAM system using raised cosine with roll off alpha. The question says "signaling rate" but I think it should be "information rate". Could you verify that.
