bfw92 equivalence

Hi,

Is there any equivalent for BFW92 please ?

Thanks

bfr96 equivalent

probably
BFY90
BFS17

bfw92

I have seen it used in wideband rf amplifiers, replaced it with a BFR91A, or for higher power levels used a BFR96.

cheers
sda

replace bfy90

bfw92a ia used as a power transistor at vhf
so replace with 2n2222 or better.... 2n3555

replace bfy90 equivalent

I think the BFW92 was the one in question,
looking at its charactaristics,
Ptot is 300mW
Po is around 8mW at 800Mhz
fT typicaly 1.6 GHz
SOT37 casing
For small signal applications, the above I mentioned should do the job, for higher power, the BFQ34T is recomended.
fT typicaly 3.7GHz
Vo ~ 750mV at 800MHz
again, SOT37 casing

cheers
sda
