which one is better for start IAR & ke*il?

i don't know much about IAR am using only KEIL. according to me keil is easy to work and configure. performance analyzing functions are easy in keil.

Olimex manufactures ARM-JTAG dongle for programming and debuging (MACRAIGOR WIGGLER compatible).
They have tested on a wide C compiler available on the market. If you want to work as a professional I suggest IAR (their 32K limit for C code it's a strong argument to start with, besides that support wiggler).
Keil has the reputation of a solid technical support (at least for 8051 platform) I didn't checked if wiggler compatible dongle works for keil. But If I were you I would go for CrossWork for ARM from Rowley Associates that as Olimex said is the very first package to support smoothly Wiggler and ARM_JTAG. This is one I'm currently play with. But it's only my opinion if I feel more comfortable using this rather than other compilers.

could tell me the price of it & if it have some thing for chip configuration wizard?

IAR support for many mcu and there are uc/os2 port for arm in IAR

I have read many ideas about Keil and IAR. I have used both of Keil and IAR.

Now, if i want to choose between Keil and IAR, i will choose Keil firmly, unless in cases it does not support the uC family (like AVR).

Keil is more userfriendly and has better user interface.
