how to find 3db bandwidth

i got this question from net ..i tried this ...i couldn't get real answer...of course it new for me..i mean how to find 3dB bandwidth for voltage follower or for any given circuit..some case for stability also..




extend your helping hand..
 

vary the input frequency and calculate output voltage and plot graph between
frequency and voltage ratio in db and find 3db bandwidth
