Adding voice track to a Video clip

Hello,

I have shot and edited a small video clipping with a Sony Digital HandyCam and now the final edited video file is in MPEG-3 format.

I want to add a voice track to this clipping to make it a complete presentation CD.

Any body with some ideas on this ?

it is possible with adobe premier software
to add audio to video clip.
You may edit movie with VCD cutter.
