Dear all,
I want to make a camera system comosed of a CMOS image sensor and a Microcontroller
, and i want to add a circuit to give it the clock?
there is one pin for the clock?
also how to synchronize the sensor and the micro controller.
thanks in advance
Moustafa

State the manufacturer and model of image senor that you wish to use and give a link to the datasheet.

Not sure if your MCU is fast enough that it can provide a clock itself by means of timer interrupt.

However, if you are using a slow MCU, you should consider to add a buffer in between, maybe a FPGA, or even a JPEG encoder, which the latter can also help to compress the image for further processing.
