Hi friends ;

I would like to measure the load distribution on a 50 cm by 50 cm surface. I will put an object on the surface and will read out the corresponding weight distribution on the surface points. For 50 cm by 50 cm surface totaly around 1000 contact points must be measured.

I saw a sort of transparent measurement pad in an mattress test machinery a couple of years ago. It was looking similar to touch screen pads.

Does anybody know , where / how can I find such pads. What is the theory of it.
