How to project a DC power supply with universal AC input ?

Hi everyone...

I´d like to know if you have any schematics or info/tutorial on how to make
a DC power supply with universal AC input, 50~60Hz and 100~240V.

Take a look at the various reference designs of the PFC controllers offered by TI.

It has what you are looking for: Universal input (85V to 270V), PFC, PWM all in one controller IC.

I don't think you will find a tutorial on this issue ..
The best thing to do is to gather a collection of schematics/data sheets relevant to these circuits ..
So, as a good starting point, here is a pdf file with detailed description of a 25W SMPS: **broken link removed**
