can any one give me bjt models for cadence ....iam working in cadence .18u cmos tech .i need bjt models for bandgap reference.
 

you can use parasitic bjt in you cmos process, or you can use some bjt models in cadence sample design.

Pls contact the foundry which provide .18u process, and the foundry should provide the bjt models to u.
