hi freinds
i need m file that receive s parameter and give y parameter (s parameter in polar mode)
please guide me
thanks

Download SonnetLite (free at www.sonnetsoftware.com, I work for Sonnet). Bring up the data viewer and read in your S-parameters (provided they are in Touchstone format). Then go to the Output menu. Select Y-parameters and magnitude/angle and click on save. You will have your Y-parameter data file.

I used MWO to do that.It is really simple,u just input the S-parameters as data file, then choose the y-parameter in the curve setup for that S-parameter data file. Then done!

AdLAB Plus ($50 US or so) has a module that converts between all parameter types and common terminal (base, emitter, collector or gate drain source). It will also plot stability circles.

it's a easy work.
i think adlab,,mwoffice, ansoft, ads should do it.
