Hi all ,
I need a paper about whitening and innovation, or maximum likelihood

If I do a good research on it, then i could possibly pass this course!! (probabilities random variables and statistic processes ,papoulis)

If you have any idea how can I get usefull information about that , plz let me know and try to pass this course:cry:

Assume the noise spectrum is goven by p(f), you just need construct H(F)=1/p(f) a filter, let the noise pass through H(f), you got a white noise. If the noise is specified by auto-correlation R, you could construct a covariance matrix and make the KL eigen-decomposition for covariance matrix. You could also get a white noise process.[/i]

I got what I needed to know about the theory and principles of whitening, and now I'm looking for the attractive applications of whitening in digital communication systems,
do u have any idea about PAPR reduction techniques in ofdm based systems ( like DVB-t trasnitters) ? do we have a specific application of whitening in this field?
