GPRS TCP/IP Connection !!

gprs tcp ip

I have a problem with TCP/IP connection. I am using Siemens MC35i & IConnector. Sometimes. ICHIP manages my TCP protol. But I couldn't connect my server ? for ex. 10 terminal conecting but 10 NOT ?. I think, IP wasn't droping. How can I solve this problem? Are there any special codes or any other this force to get new IP adress aftre the connection loose?
