Hi all
does any of u have any materials or links about PMOS input differential amplifier.

thanx in advance

You can search in the board.

If Iam not wrong there were many questions on advantages of PMOS as input for diff amp. That will a basic idea.

Prakash.

do you have to design the pmos type diff amp or you need to use one?

Yes , I am supposed to design an PMOS input differential amplifier

there is many books in diffrential amp. that their amps are PMOS input.

First,Overall dc gain is largely unaffected by the choice since both designs have both NMOS and PMOS drivers.
Secand,For a given power dissipation(bias current),having a PMOS input-pair maximizes the slew rate since PMOS will have larger Veff
Third,Flicker noise is less ofr PMOS
and Input voltage range requirements.
