input referred noise measurement

Hi,

I'm designing a Transimpedance Amplifier for 10Gbps in 0.18um CMOS. Im using the Regulated Cascode (RGC) configuration. Now, im in the progress of measuring the TIA input referred noise measuremnt. I can calculate the noise manually by using the basic formula, but i wanna a simulation result for comparison as this will be accurate. Can you guys guide me, how do i measure this noise in Cadence and how to obtain the results in graphs and so on, like response of noise with freqeuncy variation.

Thanks,
Suria

how to do noise measurement in cadence

I guess you can do the noise analysis (If there is one ) or at least, you can run PSS and then Pnoise to get the noise contribution from your input.
