I'm wondering if I can create a Shottky diode in TSMC 0.18 (just to save an external on-board component). I took an nwell diode from TSMC library, and remove the n+ diffusion from ubderneath of half of the substrate contacts array, so that one half of contacts are connected to nwell though n+-diff, and the other have are connected directly to nwell. Of course, it violates the design rule ("floating contacts"), but I canignore that as long as it work. The question is - will it work? Has anyone tried that? Thanks a lot.

Design Rule and spice model
fot 90nm. process or 130nm
I need info now PM

thanks
