Hi ALL,

I am using TSMC 0.18um Design Kit, and I didn't find a monte carlo (mc) section except for the transistors.

Is this a common problem or u have a mc section for resistors and capactors ??

Thanks in advance

TSMC 0.18u only has MC analysis for transistors.
0.35u, 0.13u, 90nm all have MC analysis for the whole kit, but not 0.18u.

Atleast this is with the TSMC kits I've used...
