I know C language quite well but i don't know how to write a C Code for 89c51 mc
& my second question is that can i use 89c2051 coding for 89c51 if yes then what changes should i make in the coding of 89c2051 ??????

If you want to use other 8051 series you should refer to their datasheets .

Which show the IC Capabilites and Memory and RAM and other specification.

Its a great book and ultimate for learning microcontrollers in C.
 

89c51 tutorials

C51 primer is the best one to use KEIL compiler. It is also help full as a ref if you are working with others.
