HI ALL
I AM NEW IN C FOR MICROCONTROLLERS, AND I KNOW ASSEMPLY GOOD, I DECIDED TO SWITCH TO C BECAUSE IT IS POWERFULL, COULD ANYBODY SEND ME SAMPLES WRITED FOR THE MICROCHIP 16F84A IN C. (IT WILL BE MORE USEFUL IF THIS SAMPLES WAS IN KIEL C FORMAT)

i worked on pic 16f877 using c compiler i am sure it doesnt work with kiel.it has nothing to do with kiel .u can use ccs compiler or hitech c compiler for which u can get online help u need to get that compilers versions i donn no if there is any free download for that but u can a lot of online examples from

16f84 samples

kiel is basically for ATMEL microcontrollers like 89c51 and 89c52 etc. and it has nothing to do with pic microcontroller.

ds1340 microchip

In case somebody tried to google for Kiel, you only get a German City. The name of the C-Compiler vendor is KEIL.
Keil never did (and I suspect will never do) anything for Microchip as this architecture really was not made to produce decent C-Code.
Keil does support 8051, C166/ST10 and ARM.
