Hi i am a student doing CPW fed slot antenna for my final yr project. Currently i am faced with difficulties in verifying the conventional CPW line to be 50ohms. i want my CPW to have a Zo of 50 ohms. after using the synthesis method of working out the dimensions, my conductor width is 1mm and my slot width is 0.0577mm. The substrate i used is 0.2mm FR4 with Er=4.4.

I have used Ansoft Designer SV to verify the dimensions and S11, S21 parameters. And they seem resonable.

But when i tried to model the stucture in HFSS, i don't get the expected result. I think there may be something wrong with my simulation settings or some design rules that i missed out or misinterpreted.

Posted is the project file that i am doing. I am currently lost. Also, if i want to verify a 50ohm line to be 50ohm, what are the parameters that i should take note or verify? to my knowledge is onli S11 and S21. Pls advise. Thanks
