Hi,

I have a burned sot23, but it is
difficult to identify with
what I'm dealing with.
On top of the package is written:
"JP
3
K4"
The various guides for translating
smd markers gave me two results:

K4 - BCW71R and
JP - BAS19

The device has designator with
a starting letter "Q" next to it which
suggest that the component is transistor.
Also all three pins are put to good use.

There is unburned device next to it which
carries the same markings “JP 3 K4” although
it shows no signs of damage I don’t know whether
it is functional.

When I tried to measure the junctions on that
unburned device I found only one between
the pins 2 and 3. Only thing that associated
With it was the diode between drain and source
of some p-mos device.
All of this is quite contradiction and if anyone
Could translate the case markings correctly then
I would be very grateful.
