kbint in 8085

I have to do this on a student kit of 8085(its MSp -82)
just tell me about the commands that are needed i will try to figure out the rest.
Can i get solution manual of john f uffenback(8086/80880)(tried to search the ebooks upload and download sec, cudnt find anything.)

Make a blinking display in the data field to display the current count in
a counter that increments whenever the KBINT (RST7.5 interrupt) key is
pressed. The blinking display will have ON period of 1 s, and OFF period
of 0.5 s. Note that the ON and OFF periods should remain unaffected
whether KBINT key is pressed or not. If the key is pressed during ON
period, update the display immediately. If the key is pressed during OFF
period, update the display in the following ON period. Since the RST7.5 is
edge triggered interrupt and the KBINT key connected to RST7.5 is a
mechanical switch, you have to debounce the key to avoid multiple
triggering of the interrupt.
thanks
