tetramax unsupported construct

When i read in the library model netlist, it reports that there are unsupported construct. and then there are a lot of Unconnected module internal nets
What should i do with such problem? thx

What kind of library cell is it? There may be constructs that are not required or supported by ATPG, like timing checks, analog modules, etc.
You may also need to remodel some library cells like IO buffers, PLLs, RAMs to extract only the portions needed by Tetramax.

It's the io library
how to remodel them? I currently can't find the answer in the user guide

You can ignore most of these 'internal nets' in the io library, as long as you have the basic connection from the pad to the core and vice versa.
If you have boundary scan in your design, you should not need to worry about fault coverage in the ios, as long as the signals can go through. In this case, you can remodel input and output buffers as a simple buffer gate, and bidirectional buffers with a simple bufif0 or bufif1.

Thank you! I'll have a try
