Could anyone recommend me a good book about the inner construction of digital components? I mean analysis of the inner structure of gates, adders, multipliers and so on at a transistor level.
Thanks!

Digital integrated circuits by Taub and Schilling .This book contains all the logic families.Just know this and apply to any digital circuit.

If u want to go for VLSI ( CMOS tech) there are so many good books in avail.
