how to read in a ECO file in Apollo?

i want to insert extra buffers to meet hold time requriement .so i write a ECO file
but how to read in the ECO file?
 

You read-in the file you created using auECOByChangeFile. To get the full syntax of this command in Apollo or Astro type help auECOByChangeFile.
 

1. In Milkyway, read and expand the ECO netlist.
2. Perform the ECO with the ECO > By Net Compare command.
3. Open the top design cell in Apollo.
4. Place the new cells with ECO > Place.
5. Route the new cells with ECO > Route.
