differential swing and differential peak

i am desinging the folded cascode differential opamp. for sample and hold amplifier.
my supply is 0 - 5v. my input range is 2Vpp.
my output range is also 2Vpp(peak to peak)
my question is how to measure the output swing ( which should be 2Vpp)
meand in which configuration i put my opamp.and what the input signal should apply at the input, so that i can calculate the output swiing.
regards
manish

output swing of differential amplifier

Try to make a DC sweep analysis, where one input will vary from GND to VDD and the other grounded. Then get the Vin - Vout characteristic.

hi moisaid..
will the both input and output will be in unity gain configuration
by putting the resistor of same value from both output to the input .
or what will be the value of resistors if they r used.
reply me
manish'

If the OPAMP is differential then connect the positive output to the negative intput and apply the DC sweep voltage in the positive input. The positive output will remain floating.

hi moisaid..
my opamp has differential output.
so as u said that connect the negative output by postive input.
i want to know that will there be any resistor between the negative input and positive input. or i just connect the out put and input.

No resistor. It will operate as a unity gain buffer
