How to implement neural network circuits as analog circuits?

neural network circuits

hello every body,

I need some help with my work.
I am trying to implement APEX (Adaptive Principal Component Extraction) it is a self organized neural network that extracts the principal components of the image

i and using it for image compression

All i need is how to implenet it with analog circuits

if u have any online free references on how to implement neural networks as analog ciruits or anything that can help me i would be very grateful.
