how to check CDC (cross-clock domain) error?

clock domain crossing check

Now, all soc have sereral clock ,so CDC (cross clock domain ) is important for check,
now i check cdc error by eyes, i want to know how to check CDC error available and use which tools to check CDC error. Thanks!

Cadence (Verplex) Conformal LEC also has a -verify switch that does a lot of formal checks and super-lint of a design. It also includes clock-domain crossing cheching that is very powerful.
